it's a big rush

They say that jumping off a plane gives the same rush as falling in love. They're both deadly and the risk of losing yourself is so high, making the whole falling feeling a rewarding experience when you stand up alive.

Trust plays a big role in this whole love idea.

When we begin to trust, it is like tying a blindfold over our eyes and allowing the other person to hold the gun to our chest. It is a nerve-wracking experience that gives a fulfilling sensation when the trust is never broken. Quite an adrenalin rush. But what do you do when they pull the trigger? Part of you dies and it is quite impossible to ever trust again.

Don't get me wrong, I'm in it for the whole falling in love thing. I guess the adrenalin rush makes me feel alive and the pain is part of the whole process.

As most of you have noticed, I haven't been able to keep track of my food intake over the holidays. The new year should give me a good start.
